CETONA
The house of 325 sq m is built on three levels: on the ground floor there is the day zone with a triple living room with fireplace, a spacious kitchen and a toilet. On the first floor there’s the night zone with two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and terrace. A small corridor connects the two bedrooms and the garden is reached through a portico. The upper floor, lofted, comprises two bedrooms, a study and a large bathroom, comfortable for the guests as it is completely independent. The door-windows, both in the day and the night zones, make the ambient luminous and airy, comfortable and the access easy to the garden in every season. A small porch has been created in front of the large living room, covered with plants to give shelter from the summer sun, and allow to eat outside. The well-cared-for garden presents several Mediterranean essenses such as lavander, rosmary, jasmines and pomegranates. There are also different varieties of roses and a small olive grove fits in perfectly. The border of the property is marked by several cypresses.
